Howz it all going? Are you all consistent to your schedules or just being a happy couch potato? 
Jokes apart. It's OK sometimes to just have a pause and relax but yes getting back to your hustle is equally important.
As you must have an idea of today's topic that going to be discussed here, i.e. OPTIMISM.
Many of us know Optimism and positivity as a same concepts in our lifestyle.
By introducing you to some basic lines of optimism I'm going to make you distinguish between thes two.
"Being positive is focusing on all the good in your life, even when you're hitting some bumps in the road. Being optimistic is believing that good things/events will happen in your future regardless of your present situation"
This was what I got when I researched about it.
And this was pretty confusing , isn't it?
These all different explanations transpired me to spare more time to this pensive understanding.
And at last when I got to know well ,it was all worth it. 
So, what do you think OPTIMISM or being optimistic means? When you Start to think about it, your mind eventually connects it to positivity, being positive  .
Generally, Optimism is considered to be a personality type. Say, She's an optimistic personality.
And positivity is considered as a trait or way of thinking.
Like, she always has a positive outlook towards the challenges.



And first of all, the proclivity to think positively no matter what happens irrespective of your own battles., It's considered a hard pill sometimes except the ones who naturally have Optimistic view towards any circumstance.
OPTIMISM is RESILIENCE.
The bouncing back from exorbitant hit of toilsome situations.
Optimism is deep understanding of the things which are in your control or are variable dependent on you.
And things which you can't have control on.
Sometimes the stressers you came across seems to be a covulated circle . It seems unmanageable and hopeless but you never know!
Maybe that's the only preparation before a big victory in your path . Or the experiences you need before stepping into a milestone.
The person who is not optimistic will see a situation and feel sad upon the things that are non controllable.
The reactions and the consequences.
Or maybe the outcomes.
There are different of responses that are mentioned in the researches done already!
Your first reaction after the immediate setback you come across.
Whome do you blame. Whome do you think is responsible of.
Do you try finding the root cause of that failure.
A thing or you.
A situation or undeniably you.
When a person is able to analyse the situation the points laid open in front, the faults everything comes to real understanding.
That's why remaining optimistic becomes need of today.
The optimistic person will see the problem as a Challengend will step into with positivity.

Being realistic or being optimistic 
You have to be the one that only makes you keep moving forward with a faith.🍁💛
Don't fall in thinking traps .
Get to the root and fix it.
