This is really a hard pill to swallow but sometim es the most toxic people or demotiv ating peo ple will be your closest ones and in many cases very own guardi ans. Communic ation gap or generat ion gap can be it's major cause ..It really took a lot of time to accept that sometim es the most bad vibes I'll get will be from my own parents..And this is really heartbrea king. My parents groomed me along with my anxiety, lack of confidence and insecurities.And they really need a lot of observational changes and results to realise that their daughter has now been evolved. She is not the same . To change their mind and narrow mindedness is most difficult. The chaos and discomf ort..The setbacks and detours are never going to end .Each time u think u have chang ed the universe will throw a test on you ..A su rprise test ..Which u shou ld never skip. The only way to get through is to go through! It is the most appropriate line I would like to start this blog with ..To find comfort in the chaos is the key..We all know that but how many of us are able to do that? I talked about so much of chaos in my pre vious blog and the positivi ty after that .. First that dance program..And now the another 'to do list thing 'was here ..Waiting for me ..Call it the law of attraction in its full work mode😅.. .Or universe tuning with me.. 😇 A desire I carried for so long ..A thought..To perform in a open mic show or any social gathering where I can address some people and kick off my stage fear and social anxie ty.. I read it somewhere before .. U attract what you think and desire ! Apparently  few days before,I came to know about an open mic to be held in nearby cafe by my college.. I literally saw my friend as a messenger of universe at that point of time.😅 A wave of happiness along with blessings came to me ..And here I was ..g

A heartly welcome to all my readers .. I know I'm writing this new blog after long ..I'm so much thankful to each person reading this.. Grateful because of all your patience.. But trust me ..From this topic (I mentioned above) everything that I'll explain will make your way change ..I have been a part of this whole journey alone and it will continue till I get my self as a person I visualised..There is really alot to share with u all ..And as always I hope my these little experiences will shape your your life positively and will help you in evolving. An introvert to an extrovert!! Urgh!A way tooo dredful journey..A disappointing one sometimes..But at the end it's really worth it . After passing out 12th class .. Someone attending not any coaching ..Not taking any drop ..And direct jumping to a medical colle ge! Trust me it seems very unfamiliar to the society ..But was normal to me since I decided to do so.. I'm pursuing BDS from a colle ge in lucknow. Now,

💙 crossing your comfort zone includes doing the things which you avoid mostly.. The things who make you feel insecure, weak. The starting can be terrible but believe me it's the process .that's all.. Start doing it ..now!! And experience the excellence of your first destination..😇

If you are an ambevert like me or an introvert ,the core reason behind this can be your lack of confidence,lack of encouragement given in early age by the parents to built your self esteem and self image. It's very common because of the generation gaps we people have eiwi our parents.💫 But not to worry..these steps from my experience and trial will definitely make you come out of your hard shell u have been living in, from years!! 💠The most important step towards our goal is"To Cross the Comfort zone " 💫

The  journey would not be easy, but it will surely lead u to the beytbe version of yourself than a day before..🖤 And remember, it's never too late!! Whatever I'll write will help the people like me wherever they are.. This is a process...a long one.. trust on yourself is all needed :-)
