On the other hand ,You all must have seen the repurcations when you respect and love them alot as their child. But , sometimes you fail to make them understand your decission, point of aspect or anything.
We would have not grown this wise , responsible and confident if our parents hadn't inculcated the correct values and habbits.
I've come across to a topic thats need to be expressed and talked about.🌸
The Upbringing, The grooming.,by our human gods parents.
No doubt, we all love our parents from the core of our hearts.
And if I tell my story, all the inspiration or strength
Comes from my parents. And it's most common.
We all somewhere doing something or other to make our parents proud and see them happy.
They are one's who made us learn how to speak, write ,walk and many more .
The most loyal and trustworthy friends of us!🌺
You wonder who will understand you to an extent of what You expected from your parents.
We've grown listening to the things like respect our elders ,they are our best advisor and we'll wisher.
And we've always done that .
But ,why is the fact exists and bothers us of not having treated well or understood.✨
Moat of you will probably say, that's all because of the generation gap!💭💭💭
Isn't it?
As along with generation and time period, the technology changed , things changed around us.
And most crucially, Perspective changed.
And maybe that's the reason why we all are one divided in young generation, adults and seniur citizens.
It's human to have different interests or hobbies as per age and beliefs.
And here , we often forget that, whatsoever we are today, capable of something is only because them.
As a parent they did their job well.🙌
It's us who have to grown up enough to feel responsible enough of our values ,our mindsets and ofcourse our personality.
Many would say that , it's not like that. We've been blessed with the best supportive and understanding parents .
See the point here is to, trying filling the void that's been created.
Try making them understand.
Few days Back, I told my father about my interest in freelancing and a simple straight cut answer came , 'Study is formost ,focus on your studies'.
And I'm damn sure that this is the most heared answers of all by their parents.
And here we go . Hopeless and helpless.
What will happen now!?
They didn't support.
And moreover, when I told this to my mother, she didn't abide. Infact, she stared telling me the ways how to manage my things well with my dental studies.
Maybe here lies a difference.💮
We all have one thing in common in our parents,
They fear.
They fear about our future, they fear about what we gonna do in life , and apparantly they end up being unsupportive.
As a parent, they feel responsible for their child's life or future.
They feel constant need to check if their child is doing well , that obviously sums up his or her bright future.
And unconsciously they shut their ears to something different , and of their child's aspiration.
They stop thinking out of the box or something that is new.
And here comes the reason why 80 percent of this country's elders ,feel science stream to be bright and safer for their child.
We fail to pursue our passion or hobby.
Profession and passion remains two different things!
And the norm goes and on of looking down upon any student who opted for a stream other than science!
This generation has to do the remaining.
The lack of that bond in most of the families (specially in upper middle class)
As ,it brings out the best in child for academics but leaves an incomplete justice to their skills, they're gifted.
Singing or dancing
Sketching or painting
Calligraphy or gymnastics any many more ..
Somebody has dreamt of making a youtube channel or a beauty blogger., Somebody loves designing cloths and home..
Somebody has an enormous love for painting on a canvas...
The thousands of dreams ,the thousands of skills .
Would it be nice to just let them stay within and keep them aside?
This is never done.
So, to this generation
COMMUNICATION and expressing your goals other than academics is crucial .
Making your parents understand and know well about your interests is crucial!
INITIATE.
They love you more than anyone.
Bring out the new normal !
